Microwave sintering technology is the use of microwave electromagnetic field and the material structure of the microstructure of the heat generated by the material quickly and even without uniform heating to the sintering temperature to achieve densification, reduce the pores, holes, micro-cracks and other defects. The microwave sintered solid material comprises at least one of the three main processes, i.e., the binding, homogenization and densification of the reactants. These three processes are accompanied by the transfer and diffusion of matter. Microwave sintering can reduce the sintering activation energy, enhance the diffusion power and diffusion rate, in order to achieve rapid sintering.
